Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website velkin.app and the Velkin app (together, “Velkin”). Velkin is operated by Roman Harmyder, a registered sole proprietor (“we”, “us”). By joining the waitlist or using the app you agree to them. Questions: hello@velkin.app.

Early access

Velkin is in private beta. Features may change, be limited or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee an invite. While in beta, access is free unless we tell you otherwise in advance.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. If you use Velkin for a business or a client, you confirm you are allowed to act for them.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images, videos, logos and texts you upload. You give us permission to store, copy, resize, crop, brand and caption them, and to send them to the platforms you choose — only as needed to run Velkin for you. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already published on other platforms.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload and publish through Velkin.

Connected platforms

Velkin publishes to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, DeviantArt and Telegram on your behalf, using the access you grant. Your use of each platform remains subject to its own terms and rules, including its rules on AI-generated content and on automation. Platforms can change or withdraw their APIs at any time, which may affect what Velkin can do. Velkin is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms; Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

AI features

Captions and other AI suggestions can be wrong, inaccurate or unsuitable. Review them before you publish: you are responsible for what is posted from your account.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Velkin to:

• publish content that is illegal, infringes someone’s rights, or breaks the rules of the platform it goes to;
• send spam, run fake accounts or manipulate engagement;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to Velkin or other users’ data.

We may suspend or close accounts that do, and remove the content involved.

Paid plans

If we introduce paid plans, prices, billing and refund terms will be shown before you subscribe, and you will never be charged without choosing a plan.

Ending

You can stop using Velkin and delete your account at any time. We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, or immediately if you seriously break these terms. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsibility

Velkin is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we don’t guarantee it is error-free or always available, or that a post will be published or reach its audience. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, followers or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and for important changes we tell you by email before they apply. If you keep using Velkin after that, the new terms apply.
